QTpi
QTpi is a quality assurance tool originally designed to provide organization to the quality assurance (Q/A) process of a large website. It is not limited to just websites though. It could be used for conceivably anything which requires coordination between a team of workers. (ie. Software project, construction site, etc.)

QTpi was originally designed by myself and Chris Knight. Chris designed and implemented the architecture and foundation of the software while I did the groovy front-end. After the first revision, Ian Wojtowicz was added to the team to provide some additional backend programming.

Unfortunately a live version is not available for viewing, as the company who owns the rights to it (a past employer) somehow managed to delete the most of the software including the sourcecode. Although they advertise it as a service, they provide no links for one to view it.
